Most optics sold by PREYR include a manufacturer’s warranty. For example, AGM Global Vision covers defects and issues under their own terms. If your product is defective or damaged, contact us at support@thepreyr.com, and we’ll help coordinate a resolution with the manufacturer. PREYR does not offer an additional warranty beyond what the manufacturer provides.

We do not ship any thermal or night vision optics outside the United States, as these products are subject to strict export restrictions under U.S. law (including ITAR and ECCN regulations).

We do ship other products internationally, such as merchandise, accessories, and digital subscriptions for CallTuneAI. We may expand international availability for non-restricted hunting optics (e.g., standard rifle scopes) in the future, subject to compliance with U.S. export laws. If you have questions about international availability, contact us at support@thepreyr.com.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you haven’t received it within 48 hours, check your spam folder or email us at support@thepreyr.com.

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days, and U.S. delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

If your order includes a digital product, you’ll receive a download link immediately after checkout. If your order includes a CallTuneAI subscription, you’ll receive your login and password via email within 24 hours, so you can begin using it right away — whether or not it was part of a product bundle.

We only collect sales tax on orders shipped to North Dakota, our home state. Even then, most digital products like CallTuneAI subscriptions and sound packs are not taxable. If you’re ordering from anywhere else in the U.S., you won’t be charged sales tax at checkout — but you may still be responsible for use tax depending on your local laws.

If your order includes a CallTuneAI subscription, you’ll receive your login credentials by email within 24 hours of purchase. This email will include your temporary password and instructions for accessing the software.

If you return a product that included a CallTuneAI subscription (such as a thermal optic bundle), your subscription will be canceled unless you choose to pay for it separately. CallTuneAI annual subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime. However, per our refund policy, no refunds are provided for unused time on annual plans. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period.
