Refund & Cancellation Policy

By making a purchase on this website, you agree to the following policies and terms:

Order Cancellations

We do not cancel orders once they are placed — including accidental or “mistaken” orders. All sales are considered final at the time of checkout.

If, at our discretion, we approve a cancellation and the order has not yet been shipped, a 5% cancellation fee will apply to cover non-refundable credit card processing fees and administrative costs we incur.

Pre-Order Policy

Pre-order sales are final at checkout. Estimated ship dates are provided in the product description but are subject to change.

If a pre-order cancellation is approved at our discretion, a 20% cancellation fee will apply to cover non-refundable credit card processing fees, administrative costs, and pre-purchase commitments to suppliers.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept potential launch delays beyond the stated ship date.

No Returns on Certain Items

Due to ongoing issues with product tampering and returns fraud, we do not accept returns under any circumstances for optics, mounts, accessories, or other high-value equipment.

This policy protects the integrity of the products we sell and ensures every customer receives brand-new, factory-sealed merchandise. Any exceptions to this policy are made at our sole discretion and must be authorized in writing.

Standard Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your order, but due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict return policies:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging.
  • All accepted returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • All returns require prior authorization. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be issued before any item is returned. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

No Returns On:

  • Optics or Electronics
  • Discontinued items
  • Demo / open-box / unboxed deals
  • Pre-sale or drop-exclusive products
  • Items shipped internationally or to forwarding services
  • Digital licenses, software keys, or products bundled with digital access (see below)

Bundled Products & Digital Licenses

If your purchase includes access to CallTuneAI, that subscription is conditional.

  • If the physical product is returned or the order canceled, access to CallTuneAI will be terminated.
  • Partial refunds will not be issued for digital access once activated.

Warranty

All warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer. For AGM and other thermal products, optics, warranty claims should be submitted to the respective manufacturer.

Export Restrictions

ThePREYR.com complies with all U.S. federal export laws. Thermal optics are not eligible for international shipping. Any attempt to export or forward these items may result in cancellation and/or federal reporting.
