TERMS OF SERVICE (ThePREYR.com)

1. Overview

This website is operated by PREYR. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PREYR. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Product Listings

All products offered on ThePREYR.com are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our items, but actual product appearance may vary slightly due to manufacturing updates.

3. Payment Verification & Shipment Timing (High Value Orders)

Due to the high value and fraud risk associated with precision optics, thermal devices, and other premium equipment, PREYR reserves the right to delay shipment until payment has fully cleared and been verified.

This may include, but is not limited to, ACH payments, bank transfers, high dollar credit or debit card transactions, or orders flagged for manual review or fraud screening.

Orders may be held for 24 to 48 hours or longer to allow for payment settlement, processor approval, and verification. Estimated shipping timelines begin only after payment clearance and verification are complete, not at the time of order placement.

PREYR is not responsible for delays caused by payment processor review, bank holds, fraud screening, or settlement timing.

PREYR reserves the right to cancel and refund any order prior to supplier commitment at its sole discretion.

4. Order Finality & Supplier Commitment
Many products sold by PREYR are ordered directly from the manufacturer or distributor specifically to fulfill a customer’s order.
Once PREYR places an order with its supplier on your behalf, the customer order is considered final and non-cancelable, and non-refundable,regardless of shipment status.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
  • PREYR may incur non-refundable supplier costs immediately upon order placement
  • Payment processing fees are non-refundable
  • Cancellations requested after supplier commitment will not be honored
This policy applies even if the product has not yet shipped to the customer.
5. Pre-Sale & Drop Orders

From time to time, we offer products via pre-sale or limited-time drops. These items are sold in advance of shipping and may carry estimated delivery dates.

Ship dates are estimates only and may change based on manufacturer availability or supply chain constraints. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Pre-sale orders are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

6. Discontinued & Demo Items

Products marked as Discontinued, Demo, or Open Box are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Discontinued items are always brand new, factory-sealed, and shipped either from our inventory or directly from the manufacturer. These units include the full manufacturer warranty.
  • Demo items may have been opened for internal evaluation, photography, or limited use for product videos or in-store demonstrations. They may have been briefly field-tested but are never heavily used. Demo units include all original accessories and the full manufacturer warranty.
  • Open Box items are units that have been opened for inspection, hands-on evaluation, product training, photography, or video content. These units have not been field-used or mounted to a firearm. Like all other categories above, Open Box items include full manufacturer warranty and all original accessories unless otherwise noted.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges are allowed on these items under any circumstances.

Each listing will include a clear description of the item’s condition and usage history, including whether the product was used for photography, handled in-store, or briefly field-tested. If any cosmetic wear or imperfections exist, they will be noted in the listing and shown in detailed photographs. Buyers can purchase with confidence knowing that all products in these categories are fully covered by the original manufacturer warranty.

7. Thermal Optics Sales Policy

By purchasing any thermal optic from PreyrThermal.com, you agree to the following additional terms:

  • All sales are considered final sale once ordered.
  • In the rare case a return is authorized, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
  • Returned items must be unopened and in new condition.
  • All returns must be pre-approved. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to sender.

Warranties claims are handled directly through the manufacturer (e.g., AGM Global Vision).

Export Compliance: Thermal optics are restricted to U.S. customers only.

Exporting, re-exporting, or shipping these items outside the U.S. without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited by U.S. law.

8. Mobile Messaging Terms

If you voluntarily opt in to receive SMS messages from PREYR, you consent to receive transactional and customer support text messages related to your orders or inquiries.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.
