1. Overview

This website is operated by PREYR. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PREYR. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Product Listings

All products offered on ThePREYR.com are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our items, but actual product appearance may vary slightly due to manufacturing updates.

3. Pre-Sale & Drop Orders

From time to time, we offer products via pre-sale or limited-time drops. These items are sold in advance of shipping and may carry estimated delivery dates.

Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Ship dates are estimates only and may change based on manufacturer availability or supply chain constraints.

Pre-sale orders are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

4. Discontinued & Demo Items

Products marked as Discontinued, Demo, or Open Box are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

• Discontinued items are always brand new, factory-sealed, and shipped either from our inventory or directly from the manufacturer. These units include the full manufacturer warranty.
• Demo items may have been opened for internal evaluation, photography, or limited use for product videos or in-store demonstrations. They may have been briefly field-tested but are never heavily used. Demo units include all original accessories and the full manufacturer warranty.
• Open Box items are units that have been opened for inspection, hands-on evaluation, product training, photography, or video content. These units have not been field-used or mounted to a firearm. Like all other categories above, Open Box items include full manufacturer warranty and all original accessories unless otherwise noted.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges are allowed on these items under any circumstances.

Each listing will include a clear description of the item’s condition and usage history, including whether the product was used for photography, handled in-store, or briefly field-tested. If any cosmetic wear or imperfections exist, they will be noted in the listing and shown in detailed photographs. Buyers can purchase with confidence knowing that all products in these categories are fully covered by the original manufacturer warranty.

5. Thermal Optics Sales Policy

By purchasing any thermal optic from PreyrThermal.com, you agree to the following additional terms:

All sales are considered final once shipped. Returns are generally not accepted. In the rare case a return is authorized, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Returned items must be unopened and in new condition. All returns must be pre-approved. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to sender.

Warranty Claims: Warranties are handled directly through the manufacturer (e.g., AGM Global Vision).

Export Compliance: Thermal optics are restricted to U.S. customers only.

Exporting, re-exporting, or shipping these items outside the U.S. without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited by U.S. law.

TERMS OF USE

By clicking on the checkbox at checkout and/or by purchasing any product sold on www.thepreyr.com or www.calltuneai.com ("Website") you ("you") agree to the following terms and conditions ("Agreement"), which apply to all purchases made through this Website. You acknowledge that you are entering into a binding agreement with PREYR, LLC ("us" or “we”).

By entering into this Agreement, you agree to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes personal identifying and billing/shipping information you provide during the checkout process.

Sale Authorization and Payment Terms

By providing your payment information (credit card, debit card, or other) and submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the total purchase amount including product price, shipping costs, applicable taxes, and any related fees.

Pricing Policy

All pricing is listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for typographical or pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel any order in such events. Prices do not include shipping or handling unless stated. If an item's correct price is higher than stated, we will contact you to confirm or cancel your order.

Product Availability

All product listings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, cancel orders, or refuse service at our discretion.

Subscriptions and Bundles

• CallTuneAI subscriptions sold independently are non-refundable once delivered or activated.
• If a product is returned that included a free CallTuneAI subscription, access to the app will be revoked upon refund.
• Refunds are not offered for digital goods except where required by law.

Returns and Exchanges

• Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• All open-box, demo, or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
• All returns must be approved prior to return shipping. Contact support@preyr.com for authorization.

Shipping Policy

We ship domestic and international orders. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, names, and content on our websites are owned by SaaSAI Holdings, LLC, PREYR and CallTuneAI, or used with permission. No rights are granted unless expressly stated.

Warranty Disclaimer

All products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind unless otherwise stated. We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in dispute.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. All disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Texas.
