Core Features
The entry point to Pulsar's Axion line and the easiest one to carry. The Axion XQ19 Compact uses a 384x288 sensor behind a fast F19/1.0 lens for an 820 yard detection range and a wide 19.5 degree field of view at 1.5x, which suits scanning tree lines, field edges and close cover where a narrow view would cost you movement. Magnification runs 1.5 to 6x, the removable APS3 battery runs up to 8 hours, and the magnesium body is IPX7 waterproof. Backed by Pulsar's 3-year warranty, extended to 5 years with registration.
384 Sensor, 17 Micron
The 384x288 sensor runs at 50 Hz with NETD under 25 mK (sNETD under 18 mK). At 1.5x base magnification the image stays usable on moving animals, and 4x digital zoom takes you to 6x for a closer look.
Wide View Optics
The F19/1.0 lens gives the widest field of view in the compact Axion range at 19.5 degrees, so you find movement first and zoom second. The 640x400 AMOLED display has 14 mm of eye relief.
Recording and App
Photo and video record at 960x600 to 64 GB of built-in memory. Dual-band Wi-Fi streams the live view to a phone through Stream Vision 2 and handles firmware updates.
Power
The removable APS3 pack (3200 mAh) runs up to 8 hours at room temperature, the longest in the compact Axion range, and charges over USB-C.
Durability
Magnesium alloy housing, IPX7 waterproof, rated from -13 to 104 degrees F, with a 1/4 inch tripod socket.
