Core Features
The entry to Pulsar's traditional-form Thermion 2 line. The Thermion 2 XQ35 Pro runs a 384x288, 17 micron sensor rated under 25 mK behind a 35 mm F1.0 lens, giving 2.5 to 10x magnification and about 1,476 yards of detection on a 6 foot target. It mounts in standard 30 mm rings like a day scope, the dual battery system runs about 10 hours, and the metal body is IPX7 waterproof and rated for 6000 J of recoil. Backed by Pulsar's 3-year warranty, extended to 5 years with registration.
384 Pro Sensor
The 384x288 sensor runs at 50 Hz with NETD under 25 mK (sNETD under 18 mK), so the picture holds on damp nights. The 1024x768 AMOLED display gives a clean image across the full zoom range.
Day Scope Handling
The 30 mm tube mounts in rings you already own, with 50 mm of eye relief. The F35/1.0 lens gives a 10.7 degree field of view (18.7 m at 100 m) at 2.5x, with 4x digital zoom to 10x. Ten preloaded reticles with click values of 18 mm at 100 m on 2.5x and 3600 mm of adjustment.
Recording and App
Photo and video record at 1024x768 to 16 GB of built-in memory. Dual-band Wi-Fi streams the live view to a phone through Stream Vision 2 and handles firmware updates.
Power
The internal 4900 mAh APS5 pack and the external 2000 mAh APS2 pack run about 10 hours at room temperature. The external pack swaps in the field, and a larger APS3 pack is sold separately. USB-C Power Delivery charges or powers the scope at 5 or 9 volts.
Durability
Metal housing, IPX7 waterproof, rated for 6000 J on rifled barrels and 12 gauge smoothbore, from -13 to 122 degrees F. Weight 0.88 kg.
